  • Grant MyShortContent a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and make your Content available on the Website and for Website-related purposes.
  • Understand that other users may view and use your ideas to create their own short videos or reels.

4. Prohibited Content and Activities

You agree not to use the Website to:

  • Post any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or hateful content.
  • Post content that includes explicit adult material or promotes violence or discrimination.
  • Share content that infringes the intellectual property rights or privacy of others.

However, any Content you have submitted or published on the Website will not be automatically deleted as part of the account deletion process. You are solely responsible for deleting your Content prior to deleting your account if you wish it to be removed from the Website.

By deleting your account, you acknowledge and agree that any Content not manually removed by you may remain accessible on the Website, subject to these Terms & Conditions and applicable legal requirements.
